After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing, I started my career with Equitable Advisors as a Financial Advisor in Jacksonville, Florida. While working there, I became responsible for growing, coaching, and developing the team. After working at Equitable for six years, my wife and I decided to relocate to Amsterdam to start the next chapter of our careers. I decided to work in recruiting because it gives me an opportunity to see the immediate impact of my work every single day.
