Job Description Store Manager - New Store
The responsibilities of a Store Manager are:
- Leading the in-store team and representing the brand at the forefront of the business;
- Creating a lively, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for both customers and team members;
- Acting as a brand ambassador, championing values and inspiring your team to succeed;
- Guiding the team through the entire customer service cycle, from initial contact to closing sales;
- Overseeing and managing all store operations, including P&L tracking and KPI delivery;
- Planning and executing trading events to drive footfall and sales;
